Week 1 (4th August 2021): – UNDERSTANDING THE WONDERS OF DIVINE DIRECTION (PART 1)
- Divine direction secures and guarantees fulfilment of our glorious destiny – Exo. 23:30/ Deut. 5:32-33
- God does not lead backwards; He ever leads forward – Exo. 14:14-15/ Jhn 4:4-5
- However, following divine guidance is a choice – Deut. 30:19/ Luk. 9:57-61
Examples of giants that are divinely guided in Scriptures
- God led Abraham to generational greatness – Isa. 51:1-3/ Gen. 12:1-4/ Gen. 14:14-20/ Gal. 3:29
- God led Isaac forward till he became the envy of the strongest nation of his days – Gen. 26:1-14/16-30/ Gal. 4:28
- David always enquired of the Lord of His plans for him before stepping out – 1 Sam. 23:2/4-5/ 1 Sam. 30:6-9/19/ 2 Sam. 5:18-20/25-26

- Every step we take in life is either taking us closer or farther from our glorious destiny in Christ – Pro. 3:5-8
- Every decision we make is either to our advantage or disadvantage – Jer. 2:13-17
- Every step we take is either for our lifting or our downfall – Isa. 42:24-25
- Every move we make is either helping or hurting our destiny– Psa. 32:8-10
Examples of giants that are divinely guided in Scriptures
- God led Noah to build the Ark that saved his generation and preserved human race Noah – Gen. 6:13-14/22/ Heb. 11:7
- God led Gideon forward and he emerged a one-man deliverer of Israel – Jdg. 6:1-16
- God led Elijah forward by opening a new chapter to his ministry – 1 Kgs 19:9-20

- We are redeemed to walk in dominion – Eph. 2:5-6/ Eph. 1:20-21

- But it will take following divine direction to realize our full inheritance in Christ – Exo. 23:20

- We are redeemed to be a blessing and not a burden to our world – Gen. 22:16-18/ Gal. 3:13-14/ Gal 3:29
- We are redeemed to enjoy health and wholeness – Mat. 8:16/ 3 Jn. 2.
- But it will take following the leading of the Holy Spirit to arrive at our promised land–Exo.13:17-18
