Mohbad is a popular Nigerian Musician, who songs is listened to by many Nigerian youth, he is said to have suffered a lot of atrocities and attack from the record label he initially belong to, which is Marlian Music under the supervision of a man called Naira marley, based on his refusal to involve in illicit drug deals which Naira marley and his friend Sammy Larry tend to engage in, alongside their musical career ad the record label, there as been a lot of videos and confession showing instances where mohabd was attacked and assaulted by the gangs of marlins and naira marley, this makes Nigerians to believe that Naira marley and sam larry are suspect to the death of mohbad, in terms of been his enemy and always hunting him down from show to video recording sessions, physical assault and beating of mohbad by sam larry an marlian people.
It is indeed painful to see how trending and famous Mohbad as become all over the world within the time that he died and now, he as become a major central focus f the world for over two weeks now.
Mohabd died on the 12th of September and till now, so many investigation is still ongoing to reveal and discover what actually led to his death.
Initially, there was a report of him having ear infection which led to his death, but on further investigation, this is NOT true at all, Mohbad was reportedly given something to drink at a point in his life, when he was arrested for certain drug deal, which was a set-up from Naira marley and the mother also mentioned in several reports the assault he as suffered in Naira marley’s house and how he refuse to get involve in the drug deal and transaction that the marlians do.
This till today, makes Nigerian believe that 2 major suspect as regarding the death of Mohbad is Naira marley and sammy larry.
Mohabd was said to have been rushed to the hospital on the 10th of September from a live show which was performing at Ikorodu Lagos state Nigeria.
Some Nigeria youth claim (he must have been kicked with charm that day) and so he was not himself anymore, he was rushed to the hospital after that event, and a Nurse injected him, after which he died.
The report reaching me today(23rd Sept, 2023) proved that the so called Nurse that injected mohbad was not a medical professional and is not registered under the National Association of Nigeria Nurses and Midwives (NANNM).
Read the statement below;
The National Association of Nigeria Nurses and Midwives (NANNM), Lagos State Council, has confirmed that the suspect arrested for injecting Mohbad is not a registered nurse.
The association released a statement on Saturday, September 23, 2023, in which it said that the suspect is not a member of the NANNM and is not licensed to practice nursing in Nigeria.
The statement also said that the association is “deeply saddened” by Mohbad’s death and has called on the police to conduct a thorough investigation into the case.
“The National Association of Nigeria Nurses and Midwives, Lagos State Council, expresses its deepest condolences to the family and associates of the late musician, Ilerioluwa Aloba, popularly known as Mohbad, during this difficult time. Our thoughts and prayers are with them as we mourn his tragic passing.” The statement read.
“We fully support the ongoing investigation into the circumstances surrounding his death and urge the relevant authorities to leave no stone unturned in the pursuit of justice for him.
“However, we must stress the importance of professionalism in reporting and conducting this investigation. NANNM is closely monitoring the situation with keen interest.
Our preliminary investigations indicate that the individual reportedly taken into custody by the police for providing care to Mohbad is not a registered Nurse.
“We emphasise the critical need to verify the qualifications and professional status of individuals before labelling them as healthcare professionals.
“In Nigeria, to be recognised as a Nurse, one must complete a rigorous five-year Bachelor of Nursing Science program at a university, followed by an additional year of internship. Alternatively, one can undergo training at an accredited School/College of Nursing and become registered and licensed by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.
“We wish to clarify that the term ‘Auxiliary Nurse’ has no place within Nigeria’s healthcare system or its laws. An individual is either a qualified Nurse or an unqualified individual performing tasks beyond their competence.
The latest information is, Nigerian Police force as stepped into the matter and so Mohbad body as been exhumed for autopsy, though he had been buried but there are too many speculations around his death, so the need to carry out an autopsy, to really figure out what could have killed him.
Without any doubt, Mohbad died a wicked, cruel and early death, may his gentle soul rest in Peace.’
Below is the picture from his grave, when he was exhumed;
