This proactive measure aims to safeguard the interests of individuals seeking higher education and to prevent them from falling prey to unscrupulous institutions. We emphasize the importance of scrutinizing the legitimacy of educational institutions before enrolling, in order to protect both the credibility of academic pursuits and future opportunities.

Furthermore, we stress that obtaining certificates from these unauthorized institutions poses significant risks. Such certificates will not be recognized for purposes such as the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), employment, or further academic pursuits.

We have duly informed relevant law enforcement agencies to take the necessary steps against these illegal operations. As responsible citizens, let us remain vigilant and cautious while seeking quality education for a prosperous future.
