Scripture : Genesis 26: 3. Sojourn in this land, and I will be with thee, and will bless thee; for unto thee, and unto thy seed, I will give all these countries, and I will perform the oath which I sware unto Abraham thy father;
Beloved, I welcome you to another Moment of Daily Encounter! In continuation of how God prosper His children in hard times as we continue to look at Isaac as a case study. Today we shall be looking at the third secrets to the prosperity of Isaac in a strange land known as Gera the land of the Philistines.
What are the secrets to the prosperity of Isaac?:

3. The force of the blessing:
The Blessing is a force that came upon Isaac that empowered him to prospered in the land of the Philistines. The Bible said:
Genesis 26: 3. Sojourn in this land, and I will be with thee, and will bless thee; for unto thee, and unto thy seed, I will give all these countries, and I will perform the oath which I sware unto Abraham thy father;
Observe the clause “I will bless thee “! That was God assuring him of a force that was responsible for the success of his father Abraham.
What is the definition of the blessing?
It is a dimension of the operation of the Holy Spirit that makes your life look like the garden of Eden. When the blessing comes upon your life, it attract men, opportunity and circumstances into your life.
Beloved the blessing is a force that operates like magnet that attracts certain possibilities into your life which we termed implications.
What are the implications of the blessing?
1. Success: You are bound to succeed as you are surrounded by the force of favour and divine speed that guarantees success
2. Preservation: You are bound to be preserved as your life is not vulnerable to attacks because you are protected from all sides.
Examples of where the blessing preserved are:
1. The sons of Jacob: As they journeyed from one place to another their lives were preserved. The Bible speaking in:
Genesis 35: 5. And they journeyed: and the terror of God was upon the cities that were round about them, and they did not pursue after the sons of Jacob.
2. Jabez:
1 Chronicles 4: 10. And Jabez called on the God of Israel, saying, Oh that thou wouldest bless me indeed, and enlarge my coast, and that thine hand might be with me, and that thou wouldest keep me from evil, that it may not grieve me! And God granted him that which he requested.
Beloved the world is full of evil men and women, you need something to come upon your life that guarantees your preservation.
3. Prosperity: You are as prosperous as the climate around your life. Isaac was prosperous because he was envelop with the blessing.
How does the blessing brings Prosperity?
1. By attracting men: Every lifting you will ever need in life is in the hands of men! That job or contract you are looking for is in the hands of men. Whatever you are looking for in life is in the hands of men. So when the relevant man shows up, the answer to your prayers has already shows up.
The blessing act like a magnetic force that pull the right person into your direction. If you need a help or lifting in life, the blessing will insist that someone that must help you or lifts you shows up !
Similarly, the curse acts in opposite directions! When the curse is upon a man it pulls the man into the wrong place, doing the wrong thing at the wrong time. It also brings men that will divide your life, subtract from your life and shred it into pieces.
2. By attracting circumstances: Some call it atmosphere that surround a man! Some call it smell. The circumstances that surround your life determine what you can survive. This explains why when Isaac was blessing Jacob, he said:
Genesis 27: 27. And he came near, and kissed him: and he smelled the smell of his raiment, and blessed him, and said, See, the smell of my son is as the smell of a field which the LORD hath blessed:
So the smell of your life is a function of the blessing upon your life and that affects the happening around your life.
3. By attracting opportunity: Every greatness is a function of opportunity that comes to you. Esther couldn’t have become queen if there was no such opportunity.
So the blessing attract opportunity for you to be blessed and promoted in life. You are always at the right place at the right time. The blessing forbids you missed opportunity.
In summary the blessing is the secret of favour, speed. Sustained open doors etc because it attract men, opportunity and circumstances into your life.
Remember this: Heaven is real and hell is real, the choice we made now determined where we shall spend eternity. Give your heart to Jesus today!
Prayer points:
– Father thank you for your word to me today,
– Father, my heart is open for the blessing, may I not miss it this season in Jesus name.
Prophetic Declaration:
– I prophesy every negative circumstances that surround you currently that makes you often receive bad luck and rejection is terminated now by the force of the blessing in the name of Jesus.
– Every wrong person attach to your life just to destroy it is disconnected from you now in the name of Jesus.
