Monday, 9th – Saturday, 14th October 2023
Introduction:
- Every revelation delivers on the choice of individuals – Deut. 30:19/ Rev. 3:20
- But God will never demand from us what He has not engraced us to do – 1 Jhn 5:3/ Jhn 15:16
- Our obedience or disobedience to any commandment of scriptures is absolutely a matter of our choice – Mat. 21:28-31
- Our exhortation this week is captioned: ‘God does not Reward Efforts Made, But Results Obtained
Monday | God does not Reward Efforts Made, But Results Obtained

- God responds to results obtained not just our engagement in a given task – Luk. 19:13-19
- We are rewarded for harvest gathered and not for contacts made – Jhn 4:35-36
- Remember, God does not reward groups, He rewards individuals – 1 Cor. 3:8
Tuesday | God does not Reward Efforts Made, But Results Obtained
- Heaven rejoices over one soul that is saved and not over efforts made – Luk. 15:7
- We are rewarded for results obtained and not for steps taken – Mat. 25:20-23
- Remember, God does not pay groups, He pays individuals – Rev. 22:12
Wednesday | God does not Reward Efforts Made, But Results Obtained

- You cannot have a heart for God and not have time for Him – 1 Sam. 13:14/ Psa. 55:17/ Psa. 84:1-7/ Psa. 119:46
- You cannot have a heart for God and not have passion for souls – Jhn 21:15-17/ 1 Cor. 9:16/ Gal. 4:19
- Remember, God does not bless groups, He blesses individuals – Mat. 24:45-47
Thursday | God does not Reward Efforts Made, But Results Obtained
- Every believer has a ministry of reconciliation – 2 Cor. 5:17-20/ Jhn 15:16
- No one ever changes class without personally writing the prescribed exam – Gen. 22:1/16-18/ 1 Pet. 1:7
- Remember, God does promote groups, He promotes individuals – Psa. 75:6-7
Friday | God does not Reward Efforts Made, But Results Obtained
- In the field of sport, a great coach does not make a star, but every star is made through personal discipline, dedication and sacrifice – Jhn 12:24-26/ Hab. 2:1-3
- One may coach a potential wrestler, boxer or an athlete, but each one has to do the wrestling, boxing and running by himself – 1 Cor. 9:24-26
- Remember, no one ever wins a prize in any race without his personal dedication – Phi. 3:13-14
Saturday | God does not Reward Efforts Made, But Results Obtained
- God rewards reapers and not just participants – Jhn 4:36
- Turning many to righteousness makes stars in the kingdom and not just attempting to turn them – Dan. 12:3
- Remember, God does not honour groups, He honours individuals – 1 Sam. 2:30
