MESSAGE TOPIC: FORCES OF REVIVAL (1) – WHAT IS REVIVAL?

MESSAGE OBJECTIVE(S):
1. Understanding the features or character of revival from Scripture
2. Understanding the way of revival from Scripture

The end time is the time for the most drastic move of God such as the world has never seen (Joel 2:1-3, 23-31; Hag. 2:6-9; Acts 3:19-21; Rom. 8:19)
We are in a prophetic season; we are in a season of revival (Isa. 2:1-2)

THE FEATURES OF REVIVAL:
1. The saturation of the earth with heavenly climate and atmosphere (Ex. 13:21)
When you are in a season of revival, you feel heaven in the earth

2. The manifestation and exhibition of the Almightiness of God (Num. 14:21; Hab. 2:14; Acts 8:5-8)

3. The humiliation and destruction of the forces of evil (Acts 8:7; Ex. 12:12)
There is a connection between anger and unction (1 Sam. 17:26)

4. The liberation and the restoration of the people to health, wholeness and liberty (Acts 8:7)

5. The sanitation of spiritual climates over territories (Acts 8:7; Ex. 12:12; 1 Kings 18:40; Acts 8:9-10)
There are many sorcerers carrying the microphone
Their gain brings losses to the Kingdom
They divert genuine seekers
Father, I receive the grace to sanitize my territory in life and ministry by Your Power Lord, in Jesus’ Name.

6. The intensification of Word impact (Luke 24:32; Acts 2:37; Matt. 3:5-10)
Don’t compromise the content of what you say to attract the people

7. The realisation of genuine conviction and conversion (1 Kings 18:39; Acts 8:5-8)
There is no civilized repentance, it is raw and primitive.

8. The realisation of genuine transformation of lives/the production of authentic disciples (Acts 11:26)

9. The explosion and intensification of zeal and passion for God (Ps. 110:3; Mark 16:20; Acts 2:41-47; 8:4)
Anywhere you find yourself, you are saying something to somebody.

10. The escalation of supernatural experiences, encounters and visitations (Acts 9:1-12; 8:39-40).
Anything is possible

11. The submission of whole cities and territories (1 Kings 18:39; Matt. 3:5; Acts 13:44)

12. The explosion of supernatural supply (Ex. 11:3; 12:36)

13. The explosion of joy and celebration (Acts 2:13; 8:8)

NOTE:
There must be the marriage of human desperation with Divine visitation to birth spiritual revolution (Acts 2:1)
There is a connection between the right time and the right place

PRAYERS:
Father, thank You for Your Word to us this evening. To You be all the glory Lord, in Jesus’ Name.

Father, I pray today that the character of revival I have heard about will be manifested in my life, family, experience and assignment Lord, in Jesus’ Name.

Father, have mercy on me, give me a second chance if I missed your visitation; I ask for Your mercy Lord, in Jesus’ Name.

Father, tonight, I ask for Your mercy if I made a move I was not meant to make or took a step I was not meant to take; pardon me Lord, in Jesus’ Name.

PROPHETIC DECLARATIONS:
– You are about to walk into a realm of power you have never seen before
– God will give a testimony around and through your life that will amaze people and make them wonder if this is real!
– The spirit of scarcity and shortage will never be your portion!
– Tonight, you are leaving with a mantle to destroy the powers of the devil that have tried to destroy your life and destiny
– Whatever is wrong with your body, biologically, anatomically and physiologically, today, it shall be corrected!
