Now, please note that while we are born of favour, there are things to do to provoke the manifestation of favour. Just like the same way by redemption, He took our infirmity, but there’s what to do to actualize your healing, health and wholeness in Christ.
By redemption, we are born of favour to enjoy abounding favour, unending favour, ever increasing favour. But there’s what to do, there are things we must do to actualize this in our lives.
Our quest to manifest His favour all through our journey demands the following:
1. A proven salvation experience.
Things have been so battered in these last days. They rarely can pick the difference between a Christian and a non-Christian anymore. Same games.
In those days when they say somebody is a believer and he does something, you say “and you say you’re a Christian?” You hardly hear that anymore. That’s why I call it a proven experience of salvation. But it’s so simple to know. Matthew 7:20-23. “By their fruits, you shall know them”. You don’t gather gauva from mango tree. 2 Corinthians 5:17. Galatians 5:22. By their fruits you shall know them, whether they belong there or not. 2 Corinthians 13:5.
The journey into a world of favour begins with a proven salvation experience. That’s how to become a child of favour. That’s what makes you a seed of Abraham. 2 Corinthians 13:5.
You don’t need any external examiner. He said, “examine yourself”. When grace is absent, check it. Don’t try to cover, check it. “Why am I struggling? What’s going on?” Psalm 11:3.
One can be in Church for 50 years without a change of story. A proven salvation experience is gateway to a world of favour.
Your election is supposed to culminate in glorification. Romans 8:29-30. So, it’s not about shame. Let’s check it.
– in the Precious name of Jesus, everything that makes a man a hypocrite in his own matter comes to an end tonight!
I heard that Word, “it may be long but it’s not late”. It’s never late to be right. About God, you can’t jump the queue, no gatecrashing. “I know my sheep, I call them by their name”.
Now, some have been there before but they’re gone. They know they’re gone, they know there’s a disconnect and until you return, you cannot be restored. The prodigal son was at the verge of death and he said, “wait a minute, I mustn’t disappear from here”.
Pigs will eat him up sir. You’re employed to keep the pigs, you die, they’ll just give it to the pigs to eat. Who wants to dig ground for somebody they don’t know.
– I see amazing returns tonight back to the Heavenly father!
As he (the prodigal son) returned, favoure was showered on him. I mean, they put a ring on his hand. Ring? How? He walked back home barefooted, tattered, battered and beaten but he returned.
– Somebody has to return tonight and as you return, you’ll be showered with favour.
– give the Lord the biggest hand of praise everybody!
It’s the way it works. We need to get back to the foundation and be true to ourselves.
2. Be committed to the fear of the Lord as a lifestyle like Joseph.
Genesis 42:18. Daniel was manifesting unusual favour in the land of Babylon through the fear of God.
They couldn’t find anything amiss in his life for he was a faithful man. Daniel 6:4-5. No one walking in the fear of God ever runs out of favour.
– in the precious name of Jesus, no one here shall be deceived anymore!
There’s no human person or system that will be able to deliver what God’s favour has in store for you. No one.
3. To provoke the favour of God in our lives, we need a proven love for God as in David, a man after God’s own heart. A man with a heart for God; a man with undying love for God. And the response? God liked him to make him King.
1 Samuel 13:14. 1 Chronicles 28:4. He was a man with a heart for God, a man with undying love for God and God in return liked him to make him King over all Israel. 1 Corinthians 2:9. I mean, you went to war and by the grace of God, you brought down Goliath and that made you Chief of Staff. What a joy. I mean, you didn’t go to any military training and then everybody subscribes to you.
Tiny boy, not married. He behaved himself wisely, everybody lined up behind him. Favour. With a proven heart and undying love for God.
We know that all things work together for good to them that love God. He said, “my son, give me your heart and watch what I’ll do with your life. Give me your heart first and watch what I will do with your life next”. Proverbs 23:26.
4. Good understanding as found in Daniel.
Supernatural insight as found in Daniel. The King bowed down and worshipped him, “Daniel, take over. I hand over to you”. Proverbs 13:15.
Good understanding procures favour. You can’t bear a solution to a situation without enjoying favour in return. You can’t. Proverbs 13:15.
– supernatural insight will return with you from this service in the name of Jesus!
Psalm 25:14. Insight drawn through the fear of God. Joseph said, “I fear God” and you saw the solution he brought about in Egypt that made him ruler of the land. The fear of God is a breeding ground for insight. Satan is just hunting after precious souls, don’t let him catch you.
5. Kingdom advancement sacrifice.
We found that also in David. 1 Chronicles 29:3. God said, “you won’t build me a house”. He said, “okay. Can I collect materials for it?” He wouldn’t let go. Psalm 132:3-4. See how his throne is still flourishing today.
You can imagine Jesus the Isaiah being called “Jesus, Son of David, have mercy of me”. He said, “yes, you’re right. That’s who I am”. Revelations 3:7. Sold out to the Kingdom. Psalm 102:13-15. Fearful order of blessings usually attend to those who mind the Kingdom. Attend to them naturally without begging, without confession. It comes on them.
The time to favour them comes when their heart turns after God. Psalm 34:10. Matthew 6:33. Explosive favour is the portion and the lot of those who have a place for the Kingdom of God in their lives. It flows.
He will set you a table in the presence of your enemies and your cup is running over, they can’t do anything about it. Your cup is running over, your enemies are looking and gnashing their teeth, they can’t come near.
– that’s the realm you’re entering into!
– if you’re sure that is you, give the Lord a big hand of praise.
