BISHOP DAVID OYEDEPO PAYS CONSOLATION VISIT TO FAMILY OF DEPARTED 103 YEAR OLD C&S LEADER, PROPHET ABIDOYE (BABA ALADURA)
The Presiding Bishop of Living Faith Church Worldwide, Dr David Oyedepo, has paid a condolence visit to the family of the Spiritual Father and Chairman of the Cherubim and Seraphim Movement Church Worldwide, Prophet Samuel Adefila Abidoye, popularly known as Baba Aladura.
Baba Abidoye who was aged 103 years was born on 26 June 1920 in Omu Aran, Kwara State.
The cleric’s death was announced by the Church’s Secretary General, Ademola Odetundun who is also a maternal relative of Bishop Oyedepo.
“With gratitude to God Almighty for a life well spent, we announce the transition to glory of our father, grandfather, great grandfather, the spiritual father and chairman of Cherubim and Seraphim Movement Church worldwide Ayo ni o, His Grace Baba Aladura, Prophet Samuel Adefila Abidoye, who passed unto glory today, Sunday 12 November 2023 around 10am at a ripe age.
Bishop Oyedepo who was noticeably absent at Covenant Hour of Prayer on Monday had soon after hearing the news departed for his country home at Omu Aran to enable him console the bereaved.
