Lord Jesus have your way, teach us your principles from your word tonight and let every life be blessed tremendously in Jesus name, Amen!!!
The Bible speaking in
Zechariah 1:17 says
[17]Cry yet again, saying, Thus says the Lord of hosts: My cities shall yet again overflow with prosperity, and the Lord shall yet comfort Zion and shall yet choose Jerusalem.
Does God want his people to Prosper, especially in their finances ? Yes!! He does….
God is a God of his people, and he is ever concerned about their wellbeing, he desires them to live to the peak!
He desires them to have the best life, and that is why Jesus said, in John 10
[10]The thief comes only in order to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have and enjoy life, and have it in abundance (to the full, till it overflows).
Heaven is full of Treasure, resources and abundance, and Jesus wants us to live in the heavenly realm on the earth, as the bible says,
Ephesians 2
[6]And He raised us up together with Him and made us sit down together [giving us joint seating with Him] in the heavenly sphere [by virtue of our being] in Christ Jesus (the Messiah, the Anointed One).
So we are not moved or at the mercy of the prevailing circumstances or economic situations of this world, we have our divine supply from above, and not beneath!!!
Also the word of God establish how that God wants his people to prosper tremendously in 3 John, that says;
3 John 1
[2]Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in every way and [that your body] may keep well, even as [I know] your soul keeps well and prospers.
Having establish the fact that, it is the will of God for us to prosper, there are terms and conditions that authorizes them on the earth, The bible says Our father whom art in heaven, hallowed be thy name, thy Kingdom Come, Thy will be done in earth….!
So we are mandated to establish God’s will on the earth, it doesn’t just happen on it own, there are responsibilities to actualize it, authorize it, establish it, make it happen!!!
Faith places responsibilities on us, every promises of the scriptures, comes with a condition attached to it, and when we align with it, we are bound to see the result as commanded!!
Job said ‘As I was in the days of my youth, when the secret counsel of +God was upon my tabernacle!
So there are secrets, that makes men to command outstanding results on the earth realm!
When it is the Will of God, then we are expected to find out the conditions to actualize the fulfilment and establishment of that will on the earth!!!
There are a number of conditions to establish God’s purpose in the area of financial exploits!
- Establishing the right Mindset: God’s people have been enslaved by wrong mentality towards their prosperity over the years, and this is due to ignorance, the bible says, My people perish because they lack Knowledge!!
And as a Man thinketh in his heart, so is he, if you have to see it, you have to think it!!
Before you confess Prosperity, you must have the mental picture, you must have the right mindset, it is very essential for the fulfilment of God’s counsel, because unto him who is able to do, exceedingly, abundantly, above all we can ever ask or think
So God grants both what we ask and what we think… You can not walk in prosperity, while you are always thinking Poverty, the both are highly contradicting!!
You must activate the mindset of the word of God and his promises towards your financial prosperity, the Bible says, Let the poor says, I’m rich!! because you are whom you say you are, the word of God is the laid down standard for our live existence and exploit, but we are mandated with the responsibility of aligning ourselves with the word on a daily Basis!!!
- The Force of Wisdom; one of the dimension of the Holy Spirit that powers the Financial exploits of God’s people, is the workings of Wisdom!
Resources are in heaven, when we are visited with encounters and Decrees, angelic visitation and so, they come in spiritual form,
The Bible says; Ephesians 1
[3]May blessing (praise, laudation, and eulogy) be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ (the Messiah) Who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual (given by the Holy Spirit) blessing in the heavenly realm!
They come in Spiritual forms, it is the Wisdom of God that helps you to convert them into physical feasible Blessings!!!
You are blessed spiritually already, as saints of God, but it must be converted into physical Blessing, that the world may see and glorify your father on heaven…
The Holy Spirit is the custodian of Wisdom!!!
He gives you an insight, idea and how to go about it, on the other side, you also have the responsibility of accessing knowledge and information to widen your mind, which is the seat of knowledge, information facilitate the floe of divine wisdom!!
Daniel was an addicted reader, and he commanded exploits in his Generation, he says
Daniel 9
[2]In the first year of his reign, I, Daniel, understood from the books the number of years which, according to the word of the Lord to Jeremiah the prophet, must pass by before the desolations [which had been] pronounced on Jerusalem should end; and it was seventy years. [Jer. 25:11, 12; 29:10.]
Information is key to facilitate the flow of Wisdom.
- Discovery of Gifts and Gifting!
It is important that we know that our prosperity is tied to our Gifting and Calling!
The Bible says in 1 Cor 7:20 Let every man abide in the same calling wherein he was called.
You must discover your calling and Gifting, if you must unravel your treasures from heaven…. Your Resources is tied to your field, you can’t do what others are doing, you must find out what you are wired to do, that is how to excel In this kingdom, the Holy Spirit is a facilitator of Divine Direction and Discovery!!!
The Bible says John 3:8
The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.
The Holy Ghost is that WIND, and when he lives right on your inside, he drives you to where your allocation is!
You can’t be doing everything, you have a mantle in a direction, it could be sport, Agriculture, Media, Ministry (5-fold) the discovery grants you the Wealth that is yours!
I remember when i was much younger, I was always writing articles in school, publications and all of that, just for the fun of it,
Until I built a business with my writing years back, as a 200L student in the University, I was already making 6 figures, and to my mates, it was like a Magic, but to me… It wasn’t!!
It was a discovery that granted access to what as been reserved for me
… If you must excel, you must find your place, your gift and walk in it!!!!
Paying attention to what you find easy to do, is key to discovering your gift, at times, you even do it for the fun of it, I pray the Holy Spirit will open our eyes to discover tonight!!!!
- The Agenda of God!
The Bible says in Matthew 6:33″ Seek ye first, the Kingdom of God and his righteousness, and evey other things shall be added to you!
God is not blessing you, just for you, No!! God wants to bless you so that you can reflect his Glory to your generation, he wants you to prove to the world, that Serving God pays!
Our World is a World that is governed by systems and Influence, both positive and negative, but God wants to show the world, that you can be on the Lord’s side and Prosper!!
The Bible gave an account of Job, Job 1:1 There was a man in the land of Uz, whose name was Job; and that man was perfect and upright, and one that feared God, and eschewed evil.
Job was the richest man in the east (in the bible days, east has always been known for rich people) so he was the richest among the Rich!!
But he loved the Lord, he feared the Lord, he was not living for himself, he was living for the Lord!!!
God always prosper those that are mindful of him, when you feel, you can live without God, you are at the greatest disadvantage, the bible says;
Deut 8:18 But thou shalt remember the LORD thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he sware unto thy fathers, as it is this day.
This is the spiritual/kingdom dimension of Wealth, there is a divine empowerment aspect that comes to play seriously, when it comes to Kingdom Wealth, for every sphere of influence, there are Jars of Oil in the realm of the Spirit to command result in that direction, God does not just release them on men, he releases them for his Glory, when you have the agenda and passion in your Heart to set up financial gateways solely for the purpose of God and his kingdom to flourish, you are entitled to this dimension of Empowerment!!
That was the case of Solomon, he had a heart for God to the end that only him offered a sacrifice of 1500 burnt offering to God, this provoked heaven on his behalf and God asked him, what do you want ??
Solomon said, nothing but WISDOM, but the question is, wisdom for what?
He said, Lord…. Wisdom to rule and govern your people rightly, and God said, if it is for my sake (remember, we have establish the fact that, God is a God of his people) I will give you the Wisdom and consequentially give you Wealth as a backup for the smooth running of my agenda on the earth, when you consider God’s assignment of utmost priority to you, you are already on a flight!!
That was what happened to Aliko Dangote, when he stood up for God’s servant T.L Osborn and wife, off the Flight, God’s servant Benson Idahosa, unleashed the Blessing (unction on him) and even though he wasn’t a believer, for having to have sacrificed for God’s people on a God’s mission, the mantle rested upon him and till now, he is African Richest man,
What most people don’t understand is, sacrifice are key that opens doors in the realm of the Spirit, am sure there was believers in the aircraft that day, but they couldn’t sacrifice their seats for man of God, that was how an unbeliever, lay hold of the mantle and it speaking even till today.
- Looking up to God!
The Bible says Jer 17:5 Thus saith the LORD; Cursed be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the LORD.
It is an Error to put your Confidence… In Man!
You must develop yourself to depend on God, and God only, this is very vital, when it comes to anything pertaining heavenly release, God does not like to share his Glory with men, he loves to take the Glory completely!!
Many people out their trust in their ability, their parents, government, connections, skills, potentials and so on, but all of these are not dependable,
The bible says, John replied, “No one can receive anything unless God gives it from heaven. … John answered and said, A man can receive nothing, except it be given him from heaven.
So it comes from above, when your hope and confidence is in God, you are bound to flourish, because God does not disappoint, remember, God is not a man that he would lie, nor a son of man that he will repent of his word!
No matter your life right now, don’t look beggarly, don’t look pitiable, let your confidence and boast be in the Lord… And he will never let you down, resources comes from above not beneath, the bible says;
Psalm 34:5, – They {d} looked unto him, and were lightened: and their faces were not ashamed.
So where you look up to, matters, also in Psalm 20:7 Some trust in chariots, and some in horses: but we will remember the name of the LORD our God.
So where your Trust is, matters a lot! God works with our mind, let your confidence be completely in the Lord and you will never be put to shame!
Your Vision, Gift and Calling comes from the Lord, when you discover it and walk in it, the resources that you need, will be released alongside!
May the Lord bless everyone that read this tonight in Jesus name, what you need to discover and access your resources is released in Jesus name!!
I leave you with this promise from the Father, in the book of Isaiah 45:
Isaiah 45:1-3 Thus saith the LORD to his anointed, to Cyrus, whose right hand I have holden, to subdue nations before him; and I will loose the loins of kings, to open before him the two leaved gates; and the gates shall not be shut; 45:2 I will go before thee, and make the crooked places straight: I will break in pieces the gates of brass, and cut in sunder the bars of iron: 45:3 And I will give thee the treasures of darkness, and hidden riches of secret places, that thou mayest know that I, the LORD, which call thee by thy name, am the God of Israel.
